Our very popular adult dance class runs in 6 week courses. We cover a variety of different dance styles on each course, including modern, jazz, contemporary, ballet, street and hip hop!
We spend 20 minutes warming up and then the majority of the class is high energy, cardio fun dancing mini routines, before spending the last 15 minutes working on conditioning and stretching, using pilates style exercises to tone and strengthen our bodies and then warm down. Also danced to the latest hits and popular classics, we have lots of fun every week.
All ages and levels welcome. Bring a bottle of water and join in the fun. There are limited spaces available on each course.
